Prepare for the course in the wind tunnel
With the T.A.F.F. variant, 15 minutes of wind-tunnel training is enough to learn the correct flying positions, so you can start the AFF course with basic technical preparation already in place.

Requirements for the AFF course
Age and health
The course is open from age 16; up to age 18 you'll need a parent or guardian's consent. A sports medical fitness certificate is required.
Insurance and equipment
Third-party liability (RC) insurance coverage for skydiving is required. Full equipment is included in the course, you don't need to bring anything of your own.

How many levels and jumps does the AFF course include?
The course is structured across 7 learning levels, for a total of 7 jumps from 4,200 metres, each with a specific technical goal you need to pass before moving to the next level.
How long does the course take?
Typically a full weekend plus the theory component, about 7 hours split across two lessons. The schedule can also be arranged individually, on weekdays or weekends, based on your availability.
What are the requirements to join the course?
You can take part from age 16 (with a parent or guardian's consent up to 18), with a sports medical fitness certificate and third-party liability insurance for skydiving.
Who guides me during the jumps?
In the early levels you're accompanied in freefall by two certified instructors, who correct your body position and monitor altitude; a third instructor guides you by radio after the parachute opens, right through to landing.
Does the course run all year?
Yes, the course runs year-round: it only pauses on days with rain or strong wind.
What happens if the main parachute doesn't open correctly?
Every student uses a system that always includes a reserve parachute, ready to use if needed.
