2. What data we collect
2.1 Data you give us
If you fill in the booking form on this site, we collect what you enter: full name, phone number, email address, the activity you are interested in, your preferred date and any free-text message. We need all of it to get back to you and check availability. We do not ask for special-category data (such as health data) through the website.
The same applies if you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Messenger: we process whatever you choose to tell us in that message.
2.2 Data collected automatically
The site is hosted on infrastructure that, like any web server, records technical connection data (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request) for security and service-operation purposes. These logs are not used to profile you.

4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed on our behalf, and only as far as necessary, by the technical suppliers that let us run the service:
- FormSubmit - the service that forwards booking-form messages to our booking@vzone.it mailbox. Form content passes through this supplier.
- Cloudflare - website hosting and delivery.
- Our email provider, for handling correspondence.
Some of these suppliers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR (in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses no profiling cookies and no advertising cookies.
5.1 Necessary technical storage
We store a single entry in your browser's local storage, vzone-cookie-choice, recording the choice you made in the banner. Its only purpose is to avoid showing you the banner on every visit. It contains no identifying data and is not sent to anyone.
5.2 Third-party content (only with your consent)
One element on the site loads content from a third-party supplier that sets its own cookies. For that reason it is not loaded automatically: a placeholder stands in until you press the activation button (or select "Accept all" in the banner).

If you do not consent, the map is never loaded and no Google cookie is set through our site. The equivalent plain link ("Open in Google Maps") remains available either way and takes you straight to the supplier's own site. Links to our social profiles (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) are ordinary links: they load nothing and set no cookies unless you open them yourself.
5.3 Traffic statistics
Where enabled, site statistics are collected using Cloudflare Web Analytics, a tool that uses no cookies, does not track users across sites and collects no identifiable personal data.
5.4 Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent for third-party content at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser (under settings: "Clear browsing data" / "Website data"). The banner will then appear again on your next visit. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings.
6. Your rights
Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it freely, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to booking@vzone.it. We reply within one month.
If you believe the processing of your data breaches the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
7. Minors
This site is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data. For under-18 members taking part in sporting activity, VZONE applies the safeguarding policies required under CONI/ASC rules: for the full policy, write to booking@vzone.it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in the services the site uses. The date at the top of the page always shows the latest revision.
